What is the 7 Year Child Concession Application?
How HME Immigration Helps with 7 Year Child Concession?
To qualify for a grant of leave under the 7-year child policy, you must show that the child is under 18 years old, is currently in the UK, and has lived here continuously for at least 7 years (excluding any period of imprisonment). You must also prove that it would be unreasonable to expect the child to leave the UK, provide evidence of their strong ties and integration, and demonstrate that granting leave is in the child’s best interests and wellbeing.
